From the Classroom to the Gym

Spark Athletics was created with one mission in mind: helping people build a strong mind and a strong body while having fun along the way.

I'm a stay-at-home mom, former middle school teacher, and current fitness instructor who has spent a lifetime passionate about health, movement, and personal growth. After years of teaching in the classroom and leading fitness classes, I decided to combine my love for motivating people with my passion for wellness to launch Spark Athletics.

My background as a teacher shapes everything I do. I believe in meeting people where they are, creating a supportive environment, and helping each person grow with confidence. Whether you're just getting started or looking to push yourself to the next level, my goal is to make sure you feel welcomed, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
