TRX Full Body Burn

A high-energy, total-body workout that blends strength, cardio, and balance into one dynamic class. Leverage your own bodyweight to build functional strength, improve core stability, and enhance overall movement.

Structured in intervals, you'll rotate through stations incorporating the TRX, step deck, dumbbells, and BOSU. Expect suspended rows and lunges, step-powered cardio bursts, dumbbell strength circuits, and BOSU balance challenges that fire up your stabilizer muscles.

Designed to mimic real-life movement patterns — pushing, pulling, squatting, hinging, and rotating — so you leave feeling stronger and more capable both in and out of the gym. All fitness levels welcome with modifications and progressions offered throughout.

Youth Summer Bootcamp

Get ready for a summer of energy, confidence, and serious fun! This Youth Strength & Conditioning Bootcamp is designed for ages 10–16 and blends outdoor movement with indoor strength training to help young athletes and beginners build skills, strength, and confidence.

Each session kicks off on the turf with fast-paced agility and speed drills — ladder drills, cone work, reaction games, and friendly competitions that keep everyone moving and smiling. Then we head inside to train with barbells, dumbbells, BOSU trainers, and TRX systems to safely build strength, coordination, and stability.

Athletes will learn proper technique, improve balance and endurance, and develop a strong foundation for any sport — all in a supportive, high-energy environment. No experience needed — just bring a great attitude and be ready to work hard, laugh, and get stronger!

No membership required! Drop in to any TRX Full Body Burn class for $15 or any Youth Bootcamp session for $18. No strings attached, no binding contracts. Just show up and sweat.
What should I bring? +
Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a good attitude. We provide all the equipment.
Are classes good for beginners? +
Absolutely. Every class offers modifications and progressions so you can work at your level. Coach Angie meets you where you are — that's the whole point.
Where are classes held? +
All classes run out of P10 Gym at 285 W. Loop Rd., Wheaton, IL 60189.
